Buying a SIM-card:

SIM-card can be bought at Globalcell central branch, on address:

 #2, Mari Brose str., Business-Center "Opera Residence"

To buy a SIM-card, individuals who are citizens of Georgia, have to present:

• A certificate of citizenship of Georgian /ID card or
• Georgian passport or
• A driving license (with ID number)

To buy a SIM-card, individuals who are citizens of a foreign country, have to present:

• Foreign passport or
• A residence permit or
• Diplomatic, accreditation and service cards of the staff of foreign diplomatic missions and their family members, proving their official status, issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia
• Citizens of Turkey and EU countries can buy a SIM-card with ID card

The Status and Term of the Georgian Number:

Active - During 60 calendar days after the last service purchase (balance refill) or after the last paid service usage, in case of having a positive amount of balance.

Unilaterally disconnected- During 60 calendar days after the last service purchase (balance refill) or after the last paid service usage, after exhaustion of balance.

mutually disconnected - After 60 calendar days from the last service purchase (balance refill) or the last paid service usage.

Terminated - After 120 days from mutual disconnection.

In order to save international number on dual number SIM-card for an unlimited period, it is necessary to use at least one paid service during the calendar year.

Rates:

Receive a call on a dual number SIM-card:

While using a dual number SIM-card, it is available to receive incoming call on international number as well as on Georgian number.

The cost of incoming call, received on the Georgian number in country, in which an incoming call on international number of the SIM-card is free, customer will be charged with 0.20$ for per minute (rounded up to a minute). The cost of incoming call, received on the Georgian number in country, in which an incoming call on international number of the SIM-card is paid, 0.20$ for per minute will be added to the fixed price. (rounded up to a minute). 

The price of incoming call on the dual number SIM-card will be cut from balance of the international number.

Receive a SMS on the dual number SIM-card:

While using the dual number SIM-card, it is available to receive incoming SMS on international number as well as on Georgian number.

The price of incoming SMS on Georgian number is 0.20 GEL in any country.

The price of incoming SMS will be cut from balance of the Georgian number.

Make a call from the dual number SIM-card:

While using the dual number SIM-card, it is available to make a call from international number as well as from Georgian number. For this purpose, a desired number must be set for outgoing calls as a prior number. After that, all outgoing calls will be made from the prior number, until it is changed.

• To activate international number as a prior number - dial *146*301# 
• To activate Georgian number as a prior number - dial *146*302# 
• To check which number is activated as a prior - dial *146*300#

While using the dual number SIM-card, outgoing call price (from international number as well as from Georgian number) depends on a country, the call is made from. In both cases, the price will be determined by the outgoing call cost from the international number. (Rounded up to a minute). While using the dual number SIM-card, number must be dialed with international format. For example, if a call must be made on Georgian mobile number: +9955XXYYYYYY (Where 995 is a country code of Georgia, XX is mobile network code and YYYYYY is subscriber's number).

The price of outgoing call from the dual number SIM-card will be cut from balance of the international number.

Send a SMS from the dual number SIM-card

While using the dual number SIM-card, it is available to send SMS only from international number.

While using the dual number SIM-card, the outgoing SMS price depends on a country, the SMS is sent from and it will be determined by the outgoing SMS cost from the international number.

While using the dual number SIM-card, number must be dialed with international format. For example, if SMS must be sent on Georgian mobile number: +9955XXYYYYYY (Where 995 is a country code of Georgia, XX is mobile network code and YYYYYY is subscriber's number).

The price of the sent SMS from the dual number SIM-card will be cut from balance of the international number.

Other telecommunication services on the dual number SIM-card (including internet service) can be used with international number. The terms of usage are available on web-page www.globalcell.ge (section "Rates").

Changes in Service Prices and Terms:

Changes in the terms of service can be made by sending an individual notifications to the subscribers, one month before the change is made.

Service Restriction:

In case it is defined by law, the service restriction is allowed after 3 days' notice, on a business day before the business day.

The restricted service shall be restored no later than the end of the second day after the elimination of the cause of the restriction.

Service Termination:

In case it is defined by law, service termination is allowed by customer if there is no elimination of the cause of the restriction within 60 days.

Service Suspension:

In case it is defined by law, the service can be temporarily suspended by keeping a number with pre-paid subscription fee (if there is any) or without (when the number can be transmitted to another customer).
