- It is necessary for "Global cell" subscribers to have the service activated. Activation: * 146 * 098141 # and ok
- The service activation is free of charge
- For “GLobal cell" subscriber, the value of an incoming calls from Viber, derived from incoming call tariffs for each country plus 0.20 USD per minute. So, If Global cell" subscriber is in a country where incoming calls are free, call cost is only 0.20 USD per minute.
