According to a new regulation adopted by the European Union, any call made from non-EU countries to EU ones will be charged for ending it (surcharge).
As a result, you will not be charged you regular rate of an incoming call for Georgian numbers of dual- SIM cards any more. Minute based rates apply to incoming calls 0.20$ per minute. Some amount of money will be reduced from the balance of international number.
